Muslim leaders and the subversion of Britain.

Dr. Patrick Sookhdeo, Director of the Institute for the Study of Islam and Christianity describes the futility of asking Muslim leaders and community leaders to work for integration with British society:

  • Tony Blair and the other ministers don't take the religious hatred and glorification of terrorism in Islam seriously;

  • they see through the prism of their own secularism;

  • Muslim clerics, on the other hand, take their religion seriously and regard themselves as locked in mortal combat with secularism;

  • secular society values choice but there is no such animal in Islam as all is divinely ordained and "Man must obey";

  • Islamic clerics do not believe in pluralism and believe that Islam "must be the dominant religion" and they aim to achieve dominance;

  • these clerics do not believe in integration;

  • the Islamic Council of Europe established the fundamental rule, namely, never dilute, never integrate

  • Muslim areas will then push for autonomy and cry discrimination, racism, and Islamophobia of any object;

  • a Sharia Law Council for the UK already exists;

  • concessions are already being made; and

  • some Muslims now even advocate the legalization of polygamy.
As solutions to the problems caused by hard line Muslim zealots, Dr. Sookhdeo advocates:

  • dealing with the "real Muslim majority, not with the self-appointed "community leaders" who don't actually represent anyone;

  • prohibiting faith-based education;

  • requiring English only as the language of education;

  • reversing the policy of political multiculturalism; and

  • insisting on acceptance of secularism as a non-negotiable condition of living in Britain.
