Also sprach der Islamische Kirchführer.

John Gibson makes these points about Sheik Abd-al-Rahman al-Sudays, "the imam of the Mosque of Mecca — Islam's holiest shrine:"

  • Sheikh al-Sudays is as close to being the supreme Muslim religious authority as is possible.
  • He spoke on Saudi TV.
  • Saudi TV is broadcast to hundreds of millions of Muslims around the world.
  • He stated Hindus openly hate Muslims in Kashmir and "[threaten] an imminent danger and a fierce war in the whole Indian subcontinent."
  • Stated Jews are "pigs and monkeys."
  • Stated "advocates of credit" [Federal Reserve, FMCC, Mastercard, Jews?] and "worshippers of the cross" have "rotten ideas and [a] posonous culture."
"Saudi Arabia: Time to Draw a Line in the Sand." By John Gibson, Fox News, 6/4/05.

As we've said already, we agree that the remedy for Slime Speech™ is even more Slime Speech™.

And, Lordy me, if this "Sheikh" isn't a gift to the West, then we'll eat an unopened can of humus.

Right there you have just a dandy example of the intellectual prowess of Muslim leaders. If you don't have the intellectual, economic, societal, and, esp., military juice to do jack*#$% about what ails you, well, then you plunge headlong down into playground invective:

  • "Your mother's an idol worshipper." (Ouch.)
  • "Your ideas are rotten."
  • "You're a big old monkey."
  • "Supply side economics are a species of fraud.
(The Colonel has, by way of full discloure, known many a Jewish fox but has not ever made the acquaintance of any Jew pigs or monkeys. It is a sheltered life we have led.)
