What a difference a subcontinent makes.

Refreshing candor from the subcontinent:
If India did not sign the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, it is not because of its lack of commitment for nonproliferation, but because we consider NPT as a fraud treaty.

Meanwhile back at the inter-oceanic continent, we delude ourselves with the idea that the NPT is one of the lost books of the Bible.

Not that a whole lot of people are all that excited about the found books of the Bible.
