Here's an excerpt from a document called "explanatory memorandum" that relates to the North American strategy of the "Ikhwan" or Muslim Brotherhood:
The process of settlement [of Islam in the United States] is a "Civilization-Jihadist" process with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that all their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" their miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all religions. . . . It is a Muslim's destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is . . . .Specific Muslim Brotherhood objectives:
- establish roots in American society;
- found American Muslim organizations;
- control American Muslim organizations;
- unify and educate the U.S. Muslim community; and
- prepare U.S. Muslim community for "the establishment of a global Islamic state.
- the Council on American-Islamic Relations;
- the Islamic Society of North America; and
- the Muslim American Society.
If you're a leftist, after you answer the above with "none," you're probably thinking something that has the words "discrimination" and "civil liberties" in it.
That would be the part about "'sabotaging' their miserable house by their hands," in case you are wondering.
Me? I'm think words like "deportation," "incarceration," and "dhimmi status for Muslims."
At what point do we say these people are just contemptible?
When Halley's Comet comes back?

[1] "What the Muslim Brotherhood means for the U.S. Memo lays bare group's plans to destroy U.S. from within." By Rod Dreher, Dallas Morning News, 9/9/07 (emphasis added; brackets in original).
[2] The FBI apparently didn't want to do a thing to shut down this revolutionary organization. On that aspect of this story see "Holy Land Trial Wraps Up: Will HAMAS Money Launderers Get Their Due?" By Debbie Schussel, debbieschussel.com, 9/17/07. The apparently disgraceful treatment of Special Agent Robert Wright is a topic for extensive further investigation. Apparently "embarrass the Saudis" is one of the reasons for this reluctance, if you believe what one FBI agent said.
