Shoddy treatment of mobilized U.S. troops.

Consul-At-Arms posted a First Sergeant's testimony about the ill treatment of B Company, 323rd Military Intelligence Battalion, from Ft. George G. Meade. Its experiences in being called up, posted to Iraq, and conducting operations there make interesting reading.

The 513th MI Brigade comes out looking pretty sorry. The 221st Military Intelligence Battalion of the Georgia National Guard and the Marines come out looking strictly professional.

"Testimony of First Sergeant Gerald G. Neill, Jr. Before the Subcommittee on National Security, Emerging Threats, and International Relations May 11, [2004]." Consul-At-Arms, 4/15/05.
