Finding Sheik bin Laden.

In the eyes of the leftists there is no obstacle to success in Iraq, Afghanistan, or the Planet other than the perfidy of President Bush in consciously deciding to not send out Matlock, Sheriff Andy, Colombo, Manning, Harry Callahan, Mulder and Scully, Magnum, Nick and Nora Charles, and Sherlock Holmes to find and apprehend OBL. Apart from this aberrant decision of the President's to allow Osama to run around loose, there appear to be no practical obstacles in the way of taking out this embarrassment to slime mold. Protection by Iran, residence in remote, backward tribal areas, access to immense wealth of one of the richest families in Saudi Arabia? A mere trifle. Dubya simply refuses to go find him because he's perverse.

FDR apparently had a good idea where Hitler (Adolf) was at any one moment but I doubt even the craziest of his critics failed to realize that in taking him out "the devil is in the details."

Get Hitler = Good Idea. Wehrmacht = Practical Obstacle.

Now it appears that Mr. Bush is contemplating making life unpleasant for al Qaida types in the remote tribal (read "unbelievably backward") areas of Pakistan.
Osamaland.
Who knows? Maybe Osama Ram Das is in there too enjoying life on the run with these missing links. The links between bullfrogs and horseshoe crabs, that is.

Here's part of the AP's story on what might be the next initiative in the War on Islam Misguided Fringe Elements in Islam (WIMFEI):
Privately, some senior U.S. military commanders say Pakistan's tribal areas are at the center of the fight against Islamic extremism; more so than Iraq, or even Afghanistan. These areas border on eastern Afghanistan and provide haven for Al Qaeda and Taliban fighters to regroup, rearm and reorganize.
At least Mr. Bush will earn the acclaim and gratitude of the Democrat Party leftist fringe in America after seven years of its obloquy and disdain. Finally! Dubya's about to do something about OBL's probable hiding place.

I'm sure he can count on their support.
