The sweet affirmation of multiculturalism.

So you look at this picture of Muslim women in Birmingham, U.K., and your first reaction is, . . . what?

Happy New Year to you, too, Sir!

Why, it must be none other than, "How fortunate Britain is to have these people living there and making their contribution."

How could it be otherwise?

And now your next thought is . . . . . . . . ?

Exactly.

"More need to come!!"

Thousands and tens of thousands of these Daughters of Islam, these Wahhabi Wahinis, must, must come to contribute their uniqueness.

They must rush to contribute the richness and color of their individualism to the brilliant tapestry of faiths. Pour in to further the admixing of the best of all the world's cultures. Fly like the gale winds to pluck the sweetest of grateful notes from Albion's resonant lyre of Labour-Tory diversity madness.

"Why the Bishop of Rochester is right about 'no-go' areas for non-muslims in Britain." By Manzoor Moghal, Daily Mail, 1/7/08. (And, yes, the gesture means exactly what you think it means. Lovely ladies.)
