May i recomend "who stole feminism" by Christina Hoff Sommers. There she makes a critical distinction between equity feminism and gender feminism. I would argue that gender feminsim might contribute to a depressed mood by a constant focus on the woman as the helpless victim.Michael commenting on "Depression is Not a Feminist Issue."
