Morse but no remorse.

Nora C. SMITH joined the crowd moving upon the district court in quest of a divorce, and yesterday dropped her little petition in the yawning slot. She states therein that she was married in Oxford, O., October 20, 1874, to Harry SMITH, who swore that he would protect and cherish her, but for three years and more has neglected his job. She says that Harry is a telegraph operator who spends his time when not at work in the confines of a boarding house, and fails to contribute anything to her support. She asks the care of three children, aged 7, 13 and 16 years respectively. Smith entered a voluntary appearance.
