Not surprisingly, such issues as racism are the very basis of what authors on such black websites are conditionally against and yet they indulge in racism to a disturbing degree and are prominent and unapologetic about it; there is no need of speaking in code here. Black current events sites offer a fascinating glimpse into attitudes of black Americans when it comes to race and it's not pretty . . . .

The simple proof of it is that were one to turn around a mountain of statements at such websites and write them about black folks, it would be considered unadulterated racism yet such black cultural sites get a pass.
Quite possibly, most tragic of all is how ― were it not for idiotic policies like Affirmative Action and Hate Speech laws dousing the race fire with gasoline ― the immense racial hypocrisy that so much of Black America indulges in victimizes Black people in far greater proportion.
This is reflected in how so much of Black "anger" manifests in Black-on-Black violence. A recent study showed that young Black males in prison had a better life expectancy than their non-incarcerated counterparts.
Whereas institutionalized racism could once be legitimately held accountable for the socioeconomic woes of Black America; nowadays any such discrimination more often results from a well justified dislike of how so many Black people publicly conduct themselves.
Recent episodes of swarming, flash mobs and other pack behavior by urban Black youth have only served to cement this societal exclusion for yet another generation. One can easily imagine that a similar dislocation has occurred in Great Britain resulting from a disproportionate representation of Black youth as participants in the current spate of riots and looting.
It seems as though every time White culture makes an attempt to wipe the slate of race relations clean, America's Black community insists that wrongs from the distant past be resurrected once more even as Black youth etch their own offenses against White America in the opposing column.
One is tempted to believe that being law-abiding, decent and hardworking is simply acting "too White" for a majority of Black people to ever engage in such constructive, productive and community-building activities. Such a suspicion is borne out by the criminality and morally lax behavior that has become urban Black America's trademark wherever one cares to look.
The screeching accusations by Blacks of "racism" begin to sound less like actual blame and more like a general insult to be hurled around for lack of any more accurate or well-deserved criticism. This constant playing of the "race card" will most definitely have one very predictable effect in the long term.
Race and racism will cease to be matters of concern for American Whites whose sensitivity to prejudice or discrimination will eventually become quite justifiably fatigued from so many false cries of "wolf" by Blacks.
Louis Farrakhan, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and their ilk are nothing but race-baiting wannabe warlord pimps whose ability to play upon White Liberal guilt and Black America's near-wholesale addiction to victimization are all that lends them even the slightest credibility.
The stunning hypocrisy of their own blatant racism, even as they decry racial prejudice, should be enough to see these smarmy, sanctimonious bastards jailed.
Instead, we are treated to the embarrassing spectacle of supposed Conservatives like Newt Gingrich touring with Al Sharpton in a naked attempt to garner votes and simultaneously expunge the pricking of their own stunted consciences. Gingrich should be disqualified from all future political consideration for his dalliance with Sharpton.
As if urban Black America has not made a sufficiently dangerous enemy of itself to the nation, bottom-feeding political opportunists like Gingrich are the very next worst thing. They lend an aura of respectability to thugs like Farrakhan, Jackson and Sharpton which they should never have had in the first place.
As always, the greatest harm being done is to Black America. It is only the guilt-ridden policies of Affirmative Action and unequally applied (also illegitimate), hate speech laws that have managed to distribute much of that same harm across the breadth of American society to the even bigger detriment of us all.
That's a new Gingrich flirtation with suicide I'd not heard about. That man is politically tone deaf. The roar of random ideas in his head keeps him from stopping to consider what he does. I mean, global warming and Pelosi are TWO political phenomena you shouldn't go near as a Republican and certainly not both at once. As a grand strategist, future-see-er, what made him think that AGW was where he needed to lay down a marker. Incredible. Ditto, Sharpton, Charlatan Extraordinaire.
The glimpse of the thinking of educated blacks provided by Mr. May is disturbing. The lack of perspective is fueled by obvious hatred, which is really self-hatred because of a realization that they have not measured up intellectually. There HAS to be an excuse for black failure and white racism gets 'er done. Thus, the absence of "context, proportion, fair play or reason" of which Mr. May writes. Solitary black voices of reason and perspective are drowned in the flood waters of second-rate thinking.
I overlooked loutish behavior of blacks in the 70s, figuring it was understandable that some pent up resentments would find their way to the surface. But it wasn't that, it was just a taste of what has now become clear. Significant numbers of blacks will never embrace America. Some do but "The Voice" of the true black America is finding expression in the blogs May was astute enough to visit.
The pathology of the black underclass is now quite clear and nothing can excuse it, try though most blacks will with white racism.
The presumption of black pathology has to be the new operative concept. It's the starting point for every black thinker. For decades it's been the opposite, the presumption of white pathology.
The charge of "[white] racism" is patently ridiculous now. How about black racism? Let's focus on that now. Racism without the quotes, let me add.
I'm done. I've seen too many black on white rape stats, "get whitey" nights at the fair, black flash mobs, black sucker punch contests, and cities devastated by blacks. If blacks have anything to offer, let them prove it. If they haven't got anything to offer, then let's go our separate ways.

Again, just as with Muslims who blame Jews for everything on earth, the small number of Jews in this world must be immensely powerful to so successfully thwart Muslims at every turn.
This is what remains so conspicuous about Blacks who continue to blame White racism for all of their manifold ills. It empowers Whites with an inordinate amount of power just as it simultaneously dis-empowers Blacks as clearly not being the masters of their own destiny.
Obviously, such mastery of one's fate would bring with it a concomitant degree of personal responsibility that far too many Blacks view with unadulterated horror.
So, rather than grasp the reins of power in their own lives, American Blacks continue handing over all control over their fate to Whites who are not just fed up with babying nearly an entire ethnic group but clearly cannot provide truly adequate measures for them anyway.
If Affirmative Action, welfare and Hate Speech laws are any gauge of how successful White policies have been in abating racism, then it is patently obvious that any real progress must originate within the Black community. Instead, Blacks clearly refuse to understand just how toxic their current trajectory of lawlessness and moral turpitude continues to be.
No better example of this exists than how thoroughly permeated Black America is by (c)rap music. The gangsta criminal mentality and intensely misogynistic thug life glorified in the vast majority of (c)rap music so outweighs the minuscule portion of that genre that espouses the opposite whereby the entire industry is something that our world would be better off without.
An essay theme that I am currently developing deals with how public facilities which are prone to repeated vandalism or crime are able to cut down those statistics simply by playing classical music on their public address systems.
That juvenile criminals are so stultified by the complexity of orchestral music and, yet, are motivated by one of the most monotonous and repetitive auditory formats in this planet's history is a searing indictment of modern youth in general.
That Black America is almost exclusively responsible for originating and perpetuating this audio abomination speaks volumes about what even the most recent generations of Blacks have brought to this nation's table.
Literally, everything that is derailing American Black culture is glorified in (c)rap music. Not even rock and roll music so thoroughly poisoned its pool of authors and listeners. The presence of sentimentality and love found in rock and roll is almost totally absent in (c)rap music and this is indicative of a profound intellectual void that continues to go unaddressed by all but the most serious self-critics within America's Black community.

I particularly enjoy May's recognition of what I consider to be a significant social ailment in modern America.
As a proponent of individual excellence ― it's antithesis being the popular bromide "There is no 'I' in team." ― I have no problem with concepts like ego, conceit, selfishness or self-interest (preferably of the enlightened kind). What I do have a problem is an almost endemic case of self-absorption being displayed across the entire width and breadth of modern America and, to a lesser extent, the world in general.
It is refreshing beyond measure to see May pick up this banner that I have seen flown almost nowhere else. While Hollywood, Washington DC and Wall Street are veritable bastions of this egregious behavior, in no way is it exclusive to those locations.
The intense misogyny and epidemic of fatherless children in America's Black communities are symptomatic of this same malaise.
Black current events sites offer a fascinating glimpse into attitudes of black Americans when it comes to race and it's not pretty and "current events" at such sites doesn't necessarily mean the same thing to white folks as it does to black; at a site like The Root and its many sister sites, topics such as Jim Crow, slavery and lynchings are bruited about as if slave ships are disgorging human cargo in New York harbor this very minute.
All of which illustrates just how much Black America and Islam have in common regarding their near-physical addiction to victimization. Islam pretends just as fiercely that the Crusades are an ongoing event that may as well have begun just a few generations ago for its freshness in the ummah's collective consciousness.
As I noted in my previous comments, this almost complete reliance upon the myth of victimization totally infantilizes both Blacks and Muslims to the point of crippling their respective populations.

Dr. Wilmer goes on to write "we should call for improvements in the criminal-justice system..." but without suggesting one single way in which this can be done in the article.
A perfect parallel is found with how Muslims piss and moan about "Islamophobia" even as they routinely prove that a fear of Islam is anything but irrational (as the word "phobia" would suggest). The parallax effect comes hits with full force where Blacks and Muslims converge under the much abused umbrella of "racism". Again, both groups may as well be physically addicted to this excuse for overall cultural non-performance.
Perhaps most curious of all is the way that Blacks continually emphasize just how poisonous racism and bigotry are but, at the exact same time, do not demonstrate any hesitation over picking up these toxic weapons and turning them against Whites as if, somehow, Blacks are magically endowed with a preternatural skill that immunizes them from committing the same devastating wrongs facilitated whenever unjustified hatred is used as a tool.
The extent of Islam's chronic racism is so severe as to require its own entire separate discourse. However, as noted earlier, the parallels are numerous and instructive with respect to Black hypocrisy about "racism".
It seems taken on faith within the black community that the conservative Right in America are unreservedly and purposefully racist while the rest of white, liberal Americans are unwitting racists, swimming in an unconscious sea of white privilege.
Talk about a "no-win" situation!
Were things really so horrible one would imagine there would be a mass exodus of people of color out of the United States but in fact the entire Third World is banging down the doors to get in.
Left unsaid is how a huge number of those "Third World" countries have institutionalized racism that far exceeds anything to be found in America.
The other great divide is that while white supremacy is rightfully portrayed as simple hate, black racism is not portrayed as racism at all thanks to the ideology of political correctness which is the most dangerous blinder to American social policy in existence today.
