The burst of popularity enjoyed currently by Gingrich stems not from belief but from plain observation. What people have observed is a willingness on Gingrich's part to use pugnacious language against Obama. Romney does not use pugnacious language; he exercises the suicidal false politeness that has lamed the GOP repeatedly in presidential elections. In Gingrich, whether accurately or not, people see a fighter and this sight is so rare that they respond to it quite immediately. . . .~ Thomas Bertonneau.
. . . A large part of the GOP primary voting clientele is fed up with blandness. . . . Blandness is real . . . and it really is a liability in a Time of Troubles.
These words are not an endorsement of Gingrich, but neither are they a defense of Romney; they are a defense of voter disgust at the unwillingness of GOP establishment types to wage the culture war, as it ought to be waged.

Even Gingrich's alleged pugnacity is more of the one-hand-tied variety, isn't it?
After his South Carolina win, Gingrich spoke of obama's "Saul Alinsky radicalism" but didn't dare bring up Jeremiah Wright's name.
Good point. It's fascinating to what extent the true state of black rejectionism is studiously ignored. SBPDL and other race realist sites are a living nightmare for the black underclass and their enablers and exploiters in the Democrat Party.
That particularly stout wall (of silence) is increasingly showing dangerous signs of deterioration. Thanks to Wright, btw. He and his facile acolyte singlehandedly ripped off the mask of black rejectionism for me. Farrakhan and Malcolm could be dismissed as the freaks they are but here was that pastor preaching to the likes of a black U.S. Senator and, at one time, Oprah herself.
The roots in the black psyche were strong, deep, and well nourished indeed.
Why do we hate Mitt Romney?
Just for starters...
His campaign launders money and buys endorsements.
He's an unprincipled flip-flopper who will do and say anything to get elected.
Mitt Romney corrupts other people, including formerly conservative Ann Coulter.
