What we have is utter madness served up by intelligent-seeming politicians and academics who can't count, know no history, and won't admit that voting money out of the pockets of other people for other than the legitimate functions of government is theft. A massive proportion of our national life is firmly rooted in immorality.
We are a corrupt nation.
