Patriot's Day.

So, on April 19 (or the third Monday of April, whichever you like), go ahead and remember Patriot’s Day – why it’s celebrated and what it is intended to remember. Even if you’re not in New England, it’s important to remember the origins of our nation in a small battle outside of Boston.
Read about it in "Patriots' Day: The Forgotten History of America's Patriots' Day and What it Commemorates." By Sam Jacobs, Ammo.com, 2020.

These guys must be professional historians with a side ammo business. Their stuff is always well researched and lucidly written.

We just did Anzac day, and for a second time in a row, our communist, sharia love, imbecile Prime Minister Ardern cancelled it.

The mind reels at the betrayal. It would be somewhat tolerable if there were some kind of insight, genius, or uplift on the flip side of such decisions but there is not. It's as bleak and inhospitable as a Steven King landscape.
