New left action plan.

[The new left] have nothing resembling a plan for a workable society. Not even a bad plan. Instead [they] envision that a better society will somehow emerge from the piles of mouldering bureaucracy and angry mobs of multicultural refugees. The 'somehow' is left up to someone else to work out.
If the left can be said to have a "plan" it goes something like:
  • Fair trade coffee, Israeli folk dancing, and bikes
  • Plus ?
  • Equals jobs, prosperity, happy families, and security.
Someone else articulated this in a far more clever way that artfully highlighted the question mark in there and consequently the inability of the dreamers, planners and lovely people with tons of advanced degrees to take fads or childish goals and transform them into a workable society. I refer to a society in which people aren't required to eat arugula, abandon rationality, turn over what they've worked for to foreigners inundating their homeland, and kiss the ass of ignorant apes, some waving a holy book with less coherence and appeal than a Krazee Eddy pre-owned car commercial.

The Democratic party's long term plan reads something like that of the South Park Underpants Gnomes:

1.) Allow unlimited immigration and impose crippling taxes.

2.) ?

3.) Profit

Thanks. That's the quote I was trying to recollect.
