Steve Wynn on current economic situation.

This interview is about a year old but Mr. Wynn captures well the element of regulatory and tax uncertainty that is the essence of the Obama administration even now.

One of the things that made Britain a political and economic power was the predictability and fairness of its legal system. Enterprising people flourished within or migrated from without and set an incredible machine in motion.

Mr. Wynn makes the case for U.S. uncertainty (and profligacy) and, so help us, the superior business climate in a police state. China's superior business climate is drawing an apparently successful and talented American businessman to it with ominous implications for the possible long-term economic hegemony of China.
