First and foremost, the traditional constitutional order in America is dead, and has been for some time. When most federal judges rule something unconstitutional, what they mean is that it is non-liberal and thus unacceptable.[1]~ Daniel S.
No state bar association or state or federal court concerns itself with this evisceration. As one lawyer observed to me on two occasions, what matters is that you have the POWer to do something.
