BTW, just noticed clever title. The B is a sucker for clever titles...
The most absurd federal agencies are developing all but full-fledged infantry units for use against people who build stock ponds on their property or allow their kids to play in the bathtub without a crash helmet. A SWAT team is more likely to come through your door if you've got unpaid traffic tickets as a deputy is to know politely on the door.
The business to go into now is making armor-plated cribs. No more worries about drive by shootings or flash bangs from the meter reader.
