Even then the NSA boys only said ‘moderate confidence’ which is analyst speak for ‘we have no real evidence.’ The CIA and FBI analysts, relying on the DNC-linked CrowdStrike analysis of a server they never examined, said ‘high confidence’ which means ‘we can’t prove this but we totally believe it was Russia’s government because wouldn’t it be just like those aggressive Russkis?’
