The enormous cost of our "alliance" with Israel.

Chaos in and jihidi scum control of Syria benefit one and only one nation -- Israel, our erstwhile bestest pal in the whole world.

The U.S. has no interest whatsoever in waging aggressive war on Syria with it's attendant enormous cost to the Syrian people. None. What is said in the passage below is true. America has squandered its enormous moral authority that it enjoyed after WWII. Trump has open declared we will steal Syrian oil and there's one report that he personally ordered the burning of Syrian crops to heighten the misery of Syrians and increase pressure on Bashar al-Assad to step down. Our most heartfelt desire in all the world. Get Assad! Job no. one. Idaho rejoices.

U.S. sanctions are a contemptible weapon because they are a direct attack on the people and, in the case of Syria, applied in a petty, devious way. Supposed pressure on an "objectionable" government is only a result of civilian suffering, as though Syrians have not suffered enough. The U.S. and its contemptible British, French, Turkish, Saudi, Qatari, Danish, Israeli, and German allies failed to win the military contest with Assad despite contemptible cooperation with and assistance to the jihadi scum of the earth. All that is left as a weapon against Syria is civilian suffering. Way . . . to . . . go, Team America.

Anyone who might question why the U.S. is ordained to dole out sanctions like invitations to a Jeffrey Epstein beach party will have a long wait indeed before Energizer Bunny Pompeo or our hesitant chief executive grace the nation with an answer.

Whatever moral and political authority the U.S. may have had in the past, it is now squandering at a startling pace. The corrosive effect from this degeneracy on U.S. power and its financial privileges from the dollar as international reserve currency is very real and underway.

The attempts to block Syria’s reconstruction will only galvanize other nations to redouble their efforts to solidify an alternative to the U.S.-dominated financial system. . . .

Washington failed to subjugate the Syrian nation despite inflicting unspeakable terrorism on it by enlisting jihadi gangs from all over the world to do its dirty work. The war’s death toll stands at near 400,000 with millions of more lives ruined through displacement. Reconstruction costs may run into trillions of dollars. But the new phase of American economic aggression will also fail. Because of international solidarity with Syria.

Washington’s tyranny is inadvertently creating a portal to a new global geopolitical realignment, one which will see the final demise of U.S. imperial power.[1]

Yes, it's just Syria, a nothing burger nation to our insufferable princelings. But the international solidarity referred to above is very real and patience with U.S. arrogance and meddling is wearing very thin. The U.S. is doing its utmost to destroy the dollar as the world's reserve currency, not least by our monetary, fiscal, and debt insanity but also by our arrogant preening as the, barf, indispensable nation.
